From Visual to Usable: Reimagining Artibiton’s Online Presence

Artibiton Gallery Rebranding

Artibiton Gallery aimed to refresh its identity to better reflect its curatorial vision and position in the contemporary art world. A creative agency was initially brought on to develop the new branding. While the visual outcome was compelling, the website design presented serious UX challenges that impacted usability and functionality.

Bridging Design and Function

To resolve these issues, I stepped in to revise the user experience, ensuring the website served both aesthetic and practical needs. I restructured the navigation, added essential pages, and improved the site’s overall flow transforming it into a user-friendly platform that could truly support the gallery’s mission.

Refining the Visual Direction

While maintaining the core visual identity developed by the agency, I made thoughtful adjustments to typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy to improve readability and brand consistency across the site. The result was a balanced digital presence, visually elegant, but built to perform.
